Nothing herein should be commercialized, copied, distributed, edited, forwarded, modified, printed, published, re-produced, shared or used for any purposes; without the prior written consent of Chalet. Facility to print an article or portion of text or material from the Websites through Computer/electronic device does not amount to prior written consent.

User/s Responsibility

User/s Liability

If the user/s breach any of the terms and conditions of the Websites or any law or do any act or deed that affects the rights of third parties, Chalet reserves the right to block / withdraw access to such user/s, without any notice. Chalet also reserves the right to claim from such user/s for any loss or damage suffered by Chalet or aforesaid third parties due to such breach. The user/s agree to indemnify / keep indemnified Chalet, its directors, employees and representatives from and against any claims, damages, loss, cost that arise directly or indirectly out and from user/s breach of terms and conditions of the Websites and / or the user/s activities in connection with the Websites. In case Chalet fails to act with respect to a breach by such user/s, such failure shall not constitute a waiver, nor shall it preclude Chalet from exercising its right to act in respect of subsequent breaches.

Severability

Jurisdiction
